If you were around someone with measles, watch for symptoms. Symptoms usually begin about 1–2 weeks after exposure, but can take up to 21 days to appear. Common signs include:
• A high fever (sometimes above 104°F)
• Cough
• Runny nose
• Red, watery eyes
• Rash
There’s no specific treatment for measles. Contact your health care provider—they can help manage complications and guide you on supportive care.
