Lassen County Housing and Grants Division Lassen County Housing and Grants provides housing assistance, street outreach, and systems support.

Lassen County Housing is a division within the Community Social Services Department. Housing works to develop and implement affordable housing and community development strategies for low-income residents of Lassen County. We apply for and manage grants and loans to provide solutions to homelessness and improve low-income communities. When funding allows, we provide a variety of community services

including rental assistance, utility assistance, deposit assistance, housing navigation, housing case management, emergency services, and outreach services.
