States that do not provide voter rolls or cooperate with federal efforts to verify citizenship and eligibility will not receive USPS services for mailing ballots.

This is a major step to enforce clean voter rolls and ensure only eligible American citizens can vote.

As Attorney General, I have the authority to invoke supervisory control over Gallatin County Attorney Audrey Cromwell's office. That authority was granted by the Legislature, and therefore, the court should dismiss this case. Montana law clearly states ICE is a criminal justice agency, and County Attorney Cromwell can't ignore the law based on her own political beliefs.
