🇺🇸 Remembering September 11th 🇺🇸

Yesterday, our SUSD students came together for a special Honor Remembrance Ceremony to remember and honor the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and the heroes who showed incredible courage and sacrifice that day.

We are so proud of our students for learning about the importance of remembrance, unity, courage, and honoring those who served. ❤️🇺🇸

We remember. We honor. We will never forget.

We would also like to give a BIG thank you to the Superior Fire Department and Superior Police Department for joining us and making the day extra special! 🚒🚓 Our students had so much fun exploring the trucks and listening to stories being read to them!

A special thank you to WoodmenLife Chapter 60 – Superior, AZ for providing flags for our students to take home and enjoy! 🇺🇸

And another BIG thank you to Ms. Debbie Torres for taking time out of her morning to join us and capture pictures of this special event! 📸 We truly appreciate you helping us preserve these wonderful memories for our students and school community.
