Survivors of abuse and victims of abuse will spend a lot of time talking about what they have experienced. It's common for people to need to talk about their experiences repeatedly to process their feelings.

On the other hand the narcissistic will spend a lot of time focusing on the victim. They will spend a lot of time talking about the victim and what the victim has done, and how the victim is to blame etc.
