Shikellamy High School Entrepreneurship Student, Patrick Sprenkel was crowned State Champion in the Personal Budget Challenge for the 2025-26 school year.

This achievement reflects more than strong results—it shows students actively building real-world financial skills through hands-on, experiential learning.

Special thanks to Mrs. Carolyn Shirk, Brighter Financial Futures & Mr. Todd Troxell Central Penn Bank and Trust for their contributions to the program. Patrick took home generous financial awards and a brand new Chromebook for his efforts.

Congratulations to Corbin Stahl for being named to the 2026 National Student Leadership Summit Student and Adult Ambassadors.

Corbin has been invited to attend the 2026 National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS) National Student Leadership Summit to take place July 16-19, 2026, in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Mrs. Schenewerk celebrated the success of some Oaklyn Elementary first and second grade students at the end of the school year. Students who made the most growth in math on SuccessMaker were treated to an ice cream party. Also, students who completed all four levels (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) of XtraMath were recognized for their achievements. Congratulations to all!
