The Autism Nation is partnering with and training local restaurants in the valley to help create autism-friendly dining experiences.

Restaurant staff have been trained for working with special needs families and been certified by Autism Nation.

Restaurants have picture-based and sensory-friendly menus, visuals for hand washing routines and hot inclusive event night for families.

As a parent, life can get overwhelming sometimes and the irritation can build. Learn to give yourself G.R.A.C.E. in the difficult moments. Stop and recognize what is actually triggering you before you react. Learn to extricate yourself from a situation, take some breaths, refocus your thoughts before re-engaging. We must always remember to focus on God's tasks for us as we navigate life's daily challenges. ✝️
