Thank you to Nairobi Vasquez, Health Educator with Atlantic Health Overlook Medical Center for leading such an engaging and informative Lunch & Learn today at SAGE.

Participants learned the basics of healthy aging through nutrition, including practical tips for making healthier food choices, smart snack swaps, and simple ways to stay strong and energized as we age. Thank you to everyone who joined us!

We were fortunate to attend two wonderful senior fairs at Berkeley Heights Township, Union County, NJ and New Providence Senior Citizens' Center/DeCorso Community Center recently.

It was great to speak with everyone who stopped by our tables to learn more about SAGE and to connect with the many amazing organizations working to support older adults in our communities.

Music brings joy, encourages social connection, sparks memories, and helps enhance cognitive engagement for our clients. This week is National Nurses Week, culminating tomorrow on the birthday of Florence Nightingale.
