When I started this journey of being a Notary, I initially enjoyed reviewing and discussing buyer/seller/refinance, HELOC and partial loan packages.

Lately, I’ve been booking weddings (elopements, traditional weddings, rehearsals and everything in-between), more than Loan signings and other general Notary work.

I found my niche, bringing couples together and being a part of their special day.

Today, I took a same day booking and had an amazing time with my couple, who chose Battery Park at the gazebo to say their I Do’s 💍

Yesterday I had the honor of marrying two of the kindest souls I’ve ever met. They chose each other knowing every hard truth — she’s bravely battling stage 4 cancer and, by some small miracle, her tumor is shrinking — and still there was no hesitation, no doubt.

They are each other’s home, laughter, and courage. Their vows were simple, fierce, and full of love. I’m humbled to have witnessed a day that felt holy in its tenderness: two people saying “always” with everything they are. Love like this teaches me what marriage really is.

Please keep them in your thoughts and celebrate the light they share. ❤️
