🎉 That’s a wrap on the Jostens Renaissance Global Conference! 🎬✨

What an incredible few days of connection, inspiration, and pure energy! We were especially excited to catch up and grab a photo with our amazing Dorchester School District Two friends! There is nothing better than collaborating and sharing big smiles with incredible educators from our own backyard while away at a national conference. 📸

We are officially fired up and already looking forward to kicking off the 2026-2027 school year! We are 100% ready to be ALL IN for our students, our culture, and our community. 🎒💛🖤

What a jam-packed, incredible day at the Jostens Renaissance Global Conference! Day 2 was all about building relationships, learning from phenomenal educators, and celebrating school culture.

Our amazing Principal, Mrs. Profit, with support from our fantastic Counseling Director, Mrs. Hannigan knocked it out of the park with a phenomenal presentation Jostens Renaissance Global Conference this afternoon! 👏👏

They shared the secret sauce behind the positive culture shift at Alston! Through our innovative monthly tiered recognition system and All-In Cards, we’ve created a "level up" culture. Our students are experiencing:

Today was packed with deep learning, powerful conversations, and endless inspiration. We had a blast connecting with so many passionate educators who are truly ALL IN for student success.

🎉 WE DID IT! 🎉

Today was the absolute perfect way to end the school year! We wrapped up our last day with a schoolwide celebration to recognize all of the incredible progress our students made in both their academics and behavior this year. 📚✨

But the highlight of the day? SLIMING MRS. CASTOR!

Because our amazing school community raised over $1,100 for Relay for Life, Mrs. Castor proved she is the ultimate sport and was slimed for a fantastic cause! 💚

Thank you to everyone who donated, worked hard, and made this year so memorable.

For the very first time, Alston Middle School has been named a Jostens Renaissance PLATINUM School of Distinction — the highest level of recognition awarded through the Jostens Renaissance program! 🏆🐅

This honor celebrates schools that are committed to building a culture where every student and staff member feels recognized, connected, and inspired to succeed.
