TROPICS - Friday Night: Potential Tropical Cyclone Nine has not yet formed a concise area of low pressure, which could cause additional fluctuations in the forecast track! Recent forecast trends are beginning to stray away from a landfall by midweek due to a weaker influence from our upper-level low. The risk for heavy rainfall, gusty winds and coastal flooding will remain elevated.
