Currently uptown Summerhill Borough is experiencing a power outage due to a transformer being damaged, owned by Penelec (which is a Penelec issue). Summerhill Borough is aware of the situation and is currently working with Penelec to rectify the problem. It is unknown how long the outage will last and downtown could also be effected.
