Thank you all for your patience during the 12" water line repair. The water department was out until 2 AM working on the line.

The water leak repair is complete. The water department is beginning to turn service back on slowly. We are monitoring it. Thank you for your patience.

The 12" water main leak is still under construction. We have ran into unforeseen problems. This repair had to be completed immediately to keep from having a major problem. Please be patient with us and know that the water department is working as fast as the situation allows.

The 12" water leak repair is still underway. The leak has turned out to be a bigger leak than the initial evaluation showed. As the water department exposed the line, they discovered that the line has a 20' split in it. They are working hard at getting it repaired.

On January 22nd @ 8:30 am, the City of Sulphur Water Department will begin repairing a 12" main water leak. It is a major leak and an emergency repair. The following streets will be impacted:

Williams Dr, Industrial Dr, Ash Dr, Lakeview Dr (only 1 block south of Williams Dr on Lakeview), Kelly Dr, Martin Dr, Brian St.

City Hall will be closed January 18th in observance of Martin Luther King Jr Day.

All services will run 1 day late during the week of January 18th - 22nd.
