Big News! Our annual city celebration just got even cooler! Literally.

We've taken your feedback into account and this year's annual city celebration will occur during the cooler afternoon and evening hours instead of being an all day event in the mid-summer heat.

We'll kick off the celebration with our annual city parade at 4:00 PM, followed by consecutive hours of family fun in the park including pony rides, a petting zoo, carnival games, music, dancing, food and drink, and our annual burnouts competition on Spring Street. The celebration will conclude with a spectacular fireworks show to celebrate our nation's 250th anniversary.

We can't wait for you to join us under the stars for this night to remember!

Public announcement: Flickinger street by the tracks is temporary closed due to them working on the tracks. Anyone needing to get to the other side can you use white Street on the other side of town or they can go down Redbird Lane off the highway. Flickinger will be back open after 4:00 today
