Yesterday at Story Time, we read “Planting a Rainbow “ by Lois Ehlert and enjoyed her beautiful illustrations. 🌺 We created our own beautiful rainbow garden pictures. Each little patron took home a packet of flower seeds to plant.

Thank you so much to our friends, Altrusa International Bentonville / Bella Vista, for a very generous donation! This donation will be used for our Summer Reading program. For the last several years, this organization has provided our little library with support, supplies, and encouragement. They have played a HUGE role in the development and growth of our library.

Today, at Story Time, we talked about using poetry and songs to tell stories. We read and then listened to Dolly Parton’s “Coat of Many Colors”. For our activity, we created our own coats made of scraps.
