We’re excited to once again partner with Sullivan County Women’s & Family Health to bring you this helpful and informative program!

Menopause and the changes that come with it can bring a lot of questions and sometimes a lot of conflicting information. Dr. Samir Wahib is a wonderful presenter who takes the time to explain these topics in a way that is easy to understand and helps clear up some of the confusion and misinformation surrounding perimenopause, menopause, and HRT.

We’re also excited to hold this program at the Sullivan County History Museum, giving you a chance to visit and enjoy another one of our great community spaces while learning more about these important topics.

We are grateful to have Bridget Hinesley with us once again! Bridget’s presentations are always full of information, and she has a real passion for sharing what she knows about local foraging.

This time, join us for a guided foraging walk in the Dugger Unit of the Greene-Sullivan State Forest. We won’t venture far from the parking area, but Bridget will show us the many useful plants we can find right around us, how to identify them, and how they can be harvested and used.
