As the federal government shutdown continued, millions of families across the country felt the impact, including many served by Arrow. With SNAP benefits temporarily suspended, food banks nationwide are preparing for a major increase in need, and many are struggling to keep up with the demand.
This week, Arrow staff in the Houston area stepped up in a big way by volunteering at the Houston Food Bank. Our team helped sort, organize, and prepare food for distribution to families who are experiencing uncertainty and anxiety during this challenging time.
We’re incredibly proud of our employees for living out our mission. Their compassion and hard work reflect the heart of Arrow — serving children and families when they need it most!
