Quail Valley, Missouri City, Texas Established in 1969, Quail Valley's classical 2,530 acres are nestled along Oyster Creek near Hwy 6 South and Murphy Rd and home to over 2000 families.

This small, once bedroom community is now at the center of Missouri City's tremendous growth surge. Commercial development is booming all around. Real estate values have been rising for the last few years, but there are some great values here, compared to other parts of Missouri City. Quail Valley Proud is the community association. organization sponsors various beautification projects throughout the neighborhood, hosts several community events each year and funds neighborhood Crime Watch teams. It also supports a community HOTLINE for questions, concerns and complaints.
