Sugar Land Branch Library - FBCL Sugar Land Branch Library is one of 12 branches of Fort Bend County Libraries, a public library system in Fort Bend County, Texas.

Fort Bend County Libraries' Sugar Land Branch Library opened in August 1999, the final branch constructed with funds voted upon in the 1989 bond election. The mission of Fort Bend County Libraries is to bring people, information and ideas together to enrich lives, expand minds, and strengthen our community.
