FCCSA Members,
Due to an error on the part of the 3rd party billing service that was hired to send out our annual billings, some members were sent a statement showing an outstanding amount for voluntary funds they did not opt to participate in. Once we were made aware of this issue, the billing company was notified of the situation and was directed to correct the matter as quickly as possible. Members will not be held responsible for any amounts or associated late fees if they did not agree to participate in the voluntary fund program for their neighborhood. I know this has caused some confusion and is an inconvenience to our members and we sincerely apologize.

Office Closure | Friday January 28th

Last weeks wintery weather caused us to postpone the office closure. The closure has been rescheduled to Friday, January 28th. The office will reopen on Monday, January 31st at 8 am. The deadline to pay your assessment has been extended to February 28, 2022. You may place your assessment payment in the drop box located near the front of the entrance. Thank you!

SATURDAY is Shred Day!

Don't forget to mark your calendars for Shred Day! Trucks will be here Saturday, January 29th from 9 am - Noon or until the trucks are FULL! Drops are limited to 6 boxes or garbage bags per household. Please refer to the monthly newsletter below for acceptable items!
