$1.2 MILLION in one day.

On February 17th, AIPAC-linked groups filed two late independent expenditures targeting Illinois primaries:

$640,000 through United Democracy Project (AIPAC's super PAC) supporting Melissa Conyears-Ervin in IL-07.

$586,983 through "Affordable Chicago Now!" supporting Donna Miller in IL-02. This PAC has zero mention of Israel in its name. It was created last month. Its vendors are linked to AIPAC's spending network.

Both dropped right as early voting started. Same playbook that spent $14.5M to take out Jamaal Bowman and $8.5M to take out Cori Bush.

They're not even hiding the money anymore. They're just hiding the name.

🚨 FOLLOW THE MONEY: “Affordable Chicago Now!” A dark money Super PAC that didn’t exist before January 16, has already dumped $868,000 into Illinois’ 2nd Congressional District to back ONE candidate: Donna Miller.

Who’s behind it? They won’t tell you until March 20… three days AFTER the primary.

Here’s what we DO know:
📌 Same media buyer as AIPAC’s own Super PAC (United Democracy Project)
📌 Registered to a rented mailbox in Chicago
📌 $700K+ in TV ads placed through Buying Time LLC, the same firm placing AIPAC ads in New Jersey
📌 65 previous AIPAC donors gave to both Miller and Laura Fine (AIPAC’s pick in IL-09)
📌 Donors won’t be disclosed until AFTER you vote

9 years ago today, six Muslim men were murdered during evening prayers at a mosque in Quebec City.

Ibrahima Barry. Mamadou Tanou Barry. Khaled Belkacemi. Abdelkrim Hassane. Azzeddine Soufiane. Aboubaker Thabti.

We say their names. We remember.

They were fathers, husbands, engineers, professors, grocery store workers. They came to pray. A white supremacist came to kill.

January 29 is now the National Day of Remembrance & Action Against Islamophobia. That matters, but remembrance without action is just performance.

In 2026, Islamophobia isn't a Canadian problem or an American problem. It's everywhere.

Hate crimes against Muslims in the U.S. remain at historic highs. Muslim elected officials face death threats weekly. Our communities are targeted by both far-right extremists AND government agencies.

MUPAC exists because political power is the only durable shield against hate.

After weeks of sustained engagement with her office, Congresswoman Garcia has joined Rep. Delia Ramirez in calling for a halt to weapons transfers. This legislation represents a critical step toward accountability in U.S. foreign policy.
