SY 26-27 Athlethic/ Academic Clubs pre-Applications

Dear HSE SLE Parents and Students,

Please complete this form if your child is interested in joining any of our requirement-based clubs for the upcoming school year.

Please note the specific entry criteria:

Athletic Clubs (Basketball & Cheerleading): Try-outs will be held at the beginning of the school year.

Academic Clubs: Student selection will be based on MAP scores.

Important Guidelines:

This form is a pre-application only. Submitting this form DOES NOT guarantee or save a seat for your child. We are collecting interest to finalize our rosters.

Details regarding curricular clubs and all other open-enrollment academic or athletic clubs (which do not have entry requirements) will be posted between late July and early August.
