From beginning through the end result, our morning and evening flower classes this week did a fantastic job! Check out the transformation from the basket and separate flowers to the final product. Great job by all and thank you to Bob Whitney for his amazing instruction!

“IT’S MORE THAN A RIDE”! Here’s our newest driver, Dave Camera, helping make people’s lives just a bit better. Our Mini Bus Transportation provides meaningful benefits to our seniors by increasing access to essential services, helps maintain independence and dignity, reduces social isolation, keeps travel affordable for those on fixed incomes, and supports families and caregivers by helping with reliable transportation for their loved ones. A huge shout out to all of our drivers for making a special difference in people’s lives.

The Suffield Senior Center is hiring a Part-Time Kitchen Assistant (up to 15 hours/week) during school hours. Our kitchen day starts after school drop-off and finishes before school pickup, 2-3 days per week.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys cooking and working in a kitchen environment with friendly staff.

Key responsibilities:
Assisting with meal preparation and service
Supporting kitchen cleanup and daily operations
