Dear Valued Customers,
Rumors have been circulating that our company is out of business, and that is categorically FALSE! Krupa Oil Company has been in business since 1950. Our doors remain open, and we continue to serve our customers.
The truth is our oil delivery slowed this summer and early autumn because our credit lines became stretched due to the extremely high oil prices. Unfortunately, when oil prices increase this dramatically, we need to adjust our business operations to ensure we have ample credit lines with our four major suppliers. Krupa Oil Company has applied and been approved for a significant credit line increase, and we are just waiting for the final SBA approval, which we expect any day now.
We have been notified we will have access to the new line immediately, and we expect to resume all deliveries by the end of the month.
In the meantime, we are still actively serving the maintenance and installation side of the business, which means we are still responding to any service calls and installation requests you have pertaining to your hot-water heaters, oil tanks, boilers and furnaces.
We sincerely appreciate your concern, patience, and loyalty to Krupa Oil Company throughout this historic shift in energy markets. We’re a family-owned business with dedicated employees working very hard to provide the best service we can to you under this difficult operating environment, and we look forward to continuing to serve you and the community for many years to come!
