If your kids are anxious about going under, you may not know how to ease their nerves about it. We wanted to help by giving you some pointers about what may or may NOT help.

*May NOT help: “You don’t have to do it if you don’t want to” and “I’ll just tell the teacher that you don’t want to go under today”.

*May help a LOT: “Learning to submerge is super important for water safety” and “Your teacher will keep you safe, I will watch the whole time!”
