The product, ...Graduates

Last evening, SISD celebrated the graduation of the Class of 2022. Parents, family, friends, classmates, and staff gathered in the SISD Auditorium to celebrate the graduate's commencement ceremonies. The 735 seats of the the Auditorium were full of excited audience members ready to join the graduates in the celebration of the fruition of their 13 years of education.
It is with great pride that SISD maintains a traditional, first class, formal graduation for its graduates. The SHS commencements continue to be a celebration of and for the graduates and their families. This year was no exception. What a glorious evening of celebration.
The commencement address was given by Church of Christ preacher, Terry Wilson, who challenged graduates to always remember to focus on the two most important things in life, "God and people." His speech was followed by impressive speeches by Salutatorian, Sydney Cornelius, and Valedictorian, Jordie Bellar.
The achievements of the Class of 2022 are too numerous to mention here, but it suffices to say that they have been superfluously successful.
The SISD product, it's graduates, continue to be most impressive.
Congratulations Class of 2022.

Jr. High Graduation

Congratulations to all of the 7th graders and their graduation to high school. It was a lovely ceremony for these fine students and their families.
The high school graduation will be tonight at 8:00 P.M.

Kinder/Senior Walk

Thursday was the annual Kindergarten and Senior graduates walk. These fine graduates of stature tall and short alike graced the halls of SISD with a gallant romp of gown and cap. It was fun! :-)

While the graduation begins at 6:30, 7th grade Students need to be at the school tonight for pictures and graduation by 5:30 pm.

Awards!!!

The annual SHS Awards Assembly was Tuesday morning. The High School was a very awarded group, including some state champions. Some students needed a wheel barrow to get all of their awards out of the Auditorium.

The Kindergarten graduation was Monday, don't miss the Jr. High Graduation Thursday at 6:30 P.M. and the High School Graduation Friday at 8:00 P.M.

Mini Cheer Camp

The 2022-23 Varsity Cheerleaders will be hosting their annual Mini-Cheer Camp this August. Registration paperwork has been sent home. Please return your payment and registration form to your classroom teacher before we turn out for summer.
