4. Amending the Constitution to requre a a mandatory balanced budget
and a 2/3 majority vote of the states for a

ny increase to the debt ceiling
5. Restoring the Senate to the States so they may have an active voice in federal government through the repeal of the XVI and XVII Amendments.
6. Restoring an "Apportionment Tax" (percapita tax) for the federal government to operate
7. Eliminating all unconstitutional federal programs which include: medicare, medicaid, and social security
