TREE SURPLUS FLASH SALE!!
PLEASE READ the following and Research the trees prior to calling if you are unsure what they are, I can answer questions when you call. Here are the guidelines: I will take calls 11am - 1pm today and orders must be picked up between 7:30am and 2pm on Monday June 1st. Our building is having some utility work done so we are on a time crunch. Trees are pre-bundled in 25/bundle, the individual trees are also pre-bundled, so you will either purchase a full bundle or the remaining bundle of individual trees, if you don’t need 25 find a friend and split them or donate the extra!
Bundles are $53+tax and Individual are $3.25 each +tax unless noted in the list for TALL trees at $6.50 each.

You must speak directly to me, no messages as I will be on the phone pretty steady during this time! I know this isn’t ideal but we are doing our best with our time. Trees have not arrived yet, and when they do it takes several days to sort and bag the orders. We will call you when your order is ready. Please let us get these orders out before starting to ask about surplus and adding to orders etc. PLEASE PAY INVOICES I have a lot of them out there and we need to pay for the shipment. We will not fill orders until they are paid, we DO NOT accept credit cards, only exact cash or valid check. Thank You

I have a short list of surplus right now, there are no conifers (cedars, junipers, pines etc) I may have some once the machine plantings are complete, which will likely be mid-May. If you are looking for something specific call me.

On another note I do not automatically add you to the newsletter mailing list because you place an order, please request that, and we use a mailing service and if you move and have no forward(we send out quarterly so if your forward has expired…)or your address isn’t correct in the system it gets flagged and likely deleted because I don’t know where you went, same with your email, if you change email and it gets kicked back it is removed.

*Trees will be arriving soon! A few housekeeping items, please get your invoices paid, we won’t fill orders until those are settled. Once trees arrive it will take at least a week to get things sorted and bagged we have over 100 orders to fill, please be patient, you will receive a call and a time when you can pick up your order. NRCS staff cannot hand out orders, please don’t ask or bombard them with calls, they are busy this time of year too. Julie will be managing the cooler again this year and she is a rockstar and tries to be accommodating, so please try to make her pick-up times work. Newsletter went out with our surplus list, look it over and if you would like to place an order call, talk to me directly, no voicemail or emails so I don’t miss anyone and can keep an accurate inventory.
