With the forecasted weather, we have decided to cancel the movie scheduled for viewing at Martin Park. If we can keep the movie for longer or get it again this summer, we will try to reschedule. We will make a post with the rescheduled date and time.

The concrete curb is being replaced in the work zone of Utah Street today and should finish up tomorrow. If you reside in the work zone, your refuse and recycling will not be picked up tomorrow as normal, it will be picked up on Friday morning. Please do not attempt to drag your totes over the freshly poured concrete.

The City Wide Garage Sale map can be found at the link below. Please keep in mind, if you are printing at home the map is set up to print on an 11x17 sheet of paper. Copies can be found in our office at 835 N. 14th Ave. as well as City Hall, 421 Michigan St., the Door County Library, the ADRC, Destination Sturgeon Bay and Destination Door County.

The following street segments are now ROAD CLOSED OPEN TO LOCAL TRAFFIC ONLY:

Shiloh Rd. (Yew St. to Deck St.)
Circle Ridge Pl. (S. Ridgeway Dr. to S. Tomahawk Ave.)
E. Walnut Pl. (E. Walnut Dr. to S. Tomahawk Ave.)

The work involves spot replacement of concrete curb and eventual milling, re-grading and paving of the street. Please avoid these areas if at all possible, and if you have to travel these street segments use caution for safety and to allow the work to be done as quickly and efficiently as possible.
