Great work by these fine ladies who delivered a baby yesterday in the field!

Some days we come in on shift and take care of folks having the worst day of their lives. But fortunately we have the opportunity to take of some on one of the most memorable days of their lives.

Kudos to Taylor and Gabi! We love our career staff!

Yesterday, our crew had the honor of assisting with the birth of a new community member!

We are incredibly proud of our crew for their professionalism, dedication, and compassion during this beautiful moment.

He took time to just have me drive without being on a call so he could focus on my driving skills and create some useful feedback for me. Our squad hosted CNM Heather Soper last night to speak to our crews on obstetrical emergencies and her role as a certified nurse midwife at home births. Thanks Heather for coming out and for your wonderful talk!

Yesterday a couple of our officers and Ambulance Committee members made the trip to Fesco Emergency Sales in Maryland to perform a final inspection on our new unit 62!

This is a state-of-the-art Horton module with some of the latest technology and safety developments on a 2026 Ford F-550 chassis. We are excited to get this ambulance in service for our community!

Julia’s hard work, dedication, and passion for helping others have truly paid off. She has already proven to be such an asset to Stuarts Draft Rescue Squad and to our community. Even while being a full-time mom and working, Julia continues to show her commitment to learning, growing, and serving others. We are incredibly proud of her and excited to watch her continue this next chapter in her EMS journey.

We would also like to congratulate LeAnna Kemper on being released at the Advanced EMT level! Leanna has proven herself to be a strong, compassionate, and outstanding provider. Her dedication, willingness to learn, and commitment to serving the community do not go unnoticed.
