June's Art Class was all about America as we get ready to celebrate her 250th Birthday! Our seniors' creativity never ceases to amaze! Thanks to the crew from Eden Vista Stow who served up an "American" inspired charcuterie style luncheon! Thanks also to Councilman Mike Lampa, who sponsored our "2 Nancy's" Art Classes today!!! Finally, thanks to Megan, who always brings the fun to Art Class with her awesome teaching skills.

May's trip to GLSC's Titanic exhibit was a great lesson in history! We rec'd "boarding passes" from passengers with a bio, and after exploring the many artifacts, the Virtual Reality Experience, and life-size rooms, we find out our fate. Collision Bend Brewery Rest. on the River in the Flats was a perfect stop for lunch, and because the day was so beautiful and sunny, we took a detour to Country Maid Ice Cream in Peninsula on our way home! Special thanks to Councilman Mike Lampa, who made our friend Rosemary a very happy person by sponsoring her trip! Good times!!!
