Today, on , we honor the legacy of Lou Gehrig and stand alongside every person and family impacted by ALS. 🧡 ⚾

More than 80 years after Lou Gehrig courageously brought national attention to this disease, the fight continues. People living with ALS still face urgent challenges, and our community continues to push for better treatments, stronger research, improved access to care, and policies that meet the needs of families today.

Together, we remember. Together, we advocate. Together, we end ALS.®

A heartfelt thank you to Erica & Vinny Nuzzo for hosting the 1st Annual Home Run Derby in honor of Vinny’s Aunt Kay, who bravely battled ALS. 🧡

Vinny, a junior at Derby High School, turned his family’s personal connection to ALS into an incredible event that brought the community together for a meaningful cause. Thanks to their hard work and the generosity of everyone who participated and donated, the event raised an amazing $4,375!

All proceeds went to and will support people and families living with ALS through critical care services, support programs, advocacy, and research.

Thank you for making such a powerful impact!
