It has been 12 years since 20 children and six educators were killed at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut.

My thoughts are with the victims' families, the survivors of that horrible day, the first responders, the responding law enforcement and the entire Newtown and Connecticut community.
They will never be forgotten 💚

🌫️ Noticeable smoke in CT today? Due to a large fire in Great Barrington, Massachusetts, with smoke traveling southward into Connecticut, many residents from Southington to New Haven and beyond may be noticing a strong smell of smoke and haze this morning.

🌬️ The current weather conditions are causing smoke to spread widely and stay close to the ground, making it more noticeable.
