🗑️ Trash Collection Update

Today, our trash crews completed Tuesday’s regular route ahead of schedule. To help make tomorrow’s double-route collection a little more manageable, they went ahead and picked up some of the larger bulk items that were already placed curbside.

Please note: Crews will still complete the entire Monday and Wednesday routes tomorrow (Wednesday), as scheduled, in accordance with the holiday collection schedule.

🎒🚸 ’Twas the Night Before School… 🚸🎒

’Twas the night before school, and all through the town,
The backpacks were packed and the pencils put down. ✏️
The buses were ready, the crosswalks were too,
For students returning with plenty to do!

Come morning, our streets will be busier once more,
With children on sidewalks and buses galore. 🚌
So slow down, stay alert, and please take extra care—
Our kids are counting on all of us out there. ❤️

Watch for the crosswalks, obey every sign,
Give yourself extra travel time.
Put down the phone and keep your eyes on the way,
And help make it safe on the first day! 🚸
