Open May 29 - Sept. 5, 2021, Thursday - Sunday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Approximately 2 miles to 8th Avenue SE. Farm driveway is on the east side of the road. Self-guided visits
Primitive facilities

Adults: $5
Children (ages 6-15): $3
Under 6: Free
School Bus Tours: $1 per student
Free admission for school chaperones
Tour Bus: $4 per person for groups of 20 or more

Squeez-E lemonade co. is not your average lemonade stand! Aiden, age 9, is the CEO and master drink maker with hopes of having a full-blown food stand someday. Currently, his plans are to use $ $ made for his competitive dance and cheer funds.

Kittyko is coming to Welk Homestead State Historic Site to be a part of our Oktoberfest festivities on September 26 from 4-9pm.

Kittyko is a singer/songwriter, educator, and curriculum designer. Her recordings are used in schools throughout the country to bring all core subjects to life using music. Her content is designed for all educators & parents, including those with no musical background.

Well, that is a wrap on the 2026 regular season for us at Welk Homestead State Historic Site.

If you did not get a chance to visit us and are still hoping for that chance, DON’T BE DISCOURAGED!! There will be one more Big Event happening on September 26th from 4-9pm.
