Assisted living week is in full swing at our community. Our residents and staff have been very busy participating in many fun activities. From a decades dance with music from years past. A coffee bar provided by Hudson Springs and Adoration Hospice. Today The Weiner Guy stopped by to provide lunch for our staff and visit his grandmother. We also played GLOW bingo under black lights! 3 more days of exciting things to come.

Today is the day we celebrate our grandparents and all the incredible things they do for their families. We were pleased to have our family members attend our ice cream social to spend time with their loved ones on their special day. Happy Grandparents Day!

We have had another session of 3 Wheel Therapy Bike Rides. Some new riders and some residents were lucky enough to enjoy a second ride for the season. Bike ride days are some of our favorite mornings!

Savoring these last beautiful days of summer with our residents and family members before they are gone. The weather for our family night was warm which fell into our tropical theme of the evening. Everyone swayed the sounds of the steel drum player as we enjoyed fresh fruit and teriyaki chicken prepared on the grill. We love making wonderful memories together.

Banana Splits were the sweet treat of the afternoon. 🍨 Ice cream is always a good idea! Complete with a variety of toppings, strawberry, pineapple, chocolate, caramel, whipped topping and a cherry. 🍒 Yum!
