🎬🎶 Stover Band & Choir Go to the Movies! 🎶🎬

Last May, the Stover Band and Choir traveled to Orlando for four unforgettable days—and one of the highlights was participating in Universal’s STARS Music and the Art of Foley Workshop!

After extensive preparation, our students stepped into the role of filmmakers and created a complete movie soundtrack from the ground up. Our students performed every note of music you hear. Our students created every sound effect. And—except Dr. Nefario—our students also voiced all the dialogue!

The experience went far beyond simply recording a soundtrack. Universal’s curriculum walked our students through the entire filmmaking process—from the original concept and production to a movie’s box-office release—giving them a behind-the-scenes look at how music, dialogue, sound effects, and storytelling come together on the big screen.

We are incredibly proud of the work they put into this project, and now we finally get to share the finished product!

The MS StuCo held an assembly on Friday featuring a Student vs Staff Sing Off. the Staff came to dominate winning 8-2.

This video was scheduled at 7:00 last night and failed to post.
