CHILD PO*******HY & EXPLOITATION ARREST: This morning, members of the Stoughton Police Department arrested Damion Moreno, 21, of Stoughton, for three counts of Possession of Child Po*******hy and two counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Child. The arrest comes after a lengthy Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) investigation. This case originated from an online cyber tip provided by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).

Part of our mission is to protect and improve the quality of life in Stoughton. We're thankful for our investigators who dedicate an abundance of time investigating these crimes to protect the children of Stoughton from becoming victims. Mr. Moreno was removed from our city by being booked into the Dane County jail.

The Stoughton Police Department was assisted by the WI Department of Criminal Investigation (DCI) Digital Forensics Unit.

ONE OF A KIND: Many of our SPD officers have worked alongside former Stoughton Area EMS EMT Ed Bailey (AKA Fast Eddie). He was as flashy on the dance floor as an ambulance with all lights activated. He will be missed!

Fast Eddie, otherwise known as Eddie Bailey, had no shortage of dance partners. He was so well known in the Madison area that a "Fast Eddie sightings" page has 2,200 members. Bailey died last week.
