At Stottville Volunteer Fire Co. No. 2, we have provided EMS service with our firefighter volunteers since 1990. No matter the call, we answer.

We currently have nearly a dozen firefighters who are certified as EMTs and/or Paramedics. Our providers stabilize and provide care until ours partners at Greenport Rescue Squad arrive and transport.

We thank everyone past and present who has volunteered or worked in EMS - whether for Stottville or one of the countless other agenices.

Next Saturday come out and support a local volunteer fire Comp. As always you do not need SCORHOLIO to play or register. Day of registration is just fine. Should be a fun day of co****le for a worthy cause. Hope to see you all there.

The shocking news in July about the death of the young Disney star Cameron Boyce put the spotlight on epilepsy. The 20-year-old suffered a seizure which led to his death.
