I don’t know if the administration remembers today but if they have forgotten hopefully this helps them remember!! 12 years ago on this day a seasoned and exceptional firefighter who risked his life for the village and citizens of Stone Park died while on duty in Stone Park!! Tiny you will always be remembered!! Many people have learned from you and your legacy will live on!! Gods speed sir. We have it from here

This is the second multi building house fire in town since they closed the fire department which has only been 1 year. In this picture you can see this fire was 2 doors down from the old fire station. When will the residents step up and tell the village they want better protection?

Some of the citizens of Stone Park have worked very hard to get this point!! They have officially gotten one step closer to getting their fire department returned to them!! They have gotten the question to return the fire department put back on the ballot for April 6th’s election!! They still need your help!! The number 1 thing everyone needs to do in town is to get out and VOTE on April 6th!!!! The other thing they need help with is raising a little money so they can really get the word out to the residents over the next few weeks. The money will go towards flyer, signs and other tools to help get the information into the hands of the hard working men and women that can make the difference and return their fire department!!! The Stone Park firefighters are humbled for all of the support and kind words we have received even after almost a year of being closed. Thank you everyone.
