Stockton City Hall Art Gallery Housed in Stockton City Hall North hallway and Conference Room, the gallery offers a diverse selection of works by local and regional artists.

Housed in Stockton City Hall North hallway and Conference Room the gallery is curated by the Stockton City Hall Gallery Council Culture and Arts (COCA). The exhibit changes each quarter. The gallery offers a diverse selection of works by local and regional artists and features media from contemporary to traditional paintings, drawings, photographic works and sculptures. The purpose of the City Hal

l Gallery is to create a welcoming environment at City Hall for residents and visitors while increasing awareness and appreciation of local and regional art and artists. The goal of the COCA is to build a well-rounded, divers, quality rotation art program for the Stockton City Hall Gallery that respects the cultural norms and values of the Stockton area and uses consistent criteria to select the artist/artwork for the City Hall Gallery program.

The 4th Quarter 2017 Stockton City Hall Art Gallery features watercolor and oil paintings by Donna Hammons, woodcraft by Scott Lang and fiber art by Emmie Seaman. The gallery is open to the public 9:00 to 4:00 MF except on government holidays and during city hall meetings.

Currently at the gallery,  six local artists are exhibiting their work.
