It is with great sadness we share that our longtime Board Member and friend, Bruce Giudici, has passed away. Our thoughts are with his family. He will be missed terribly. We will report on any and all effort to honor his life as we learn of them.

A political candidate in Calaveras County died after suffering a fall while out campaigning over the weekend.

🌟 CHW Association Spotlight: Jason Gottlieb

This month, we’re proud to spotlight Jason Gottlieb, Case Manager at Friends Outside and a newly certified Community Health Worker through the Stanislaus State University Stockton Campus CHW Cohort.

Since his release from incarceration, Jason has become a champion for reentry, healing, and transformation—using his own journey to help others find a path forward.

🏆 His dedication was recently recognized with the CAP Alliance Lived Experience Leadership Award.

We’re proud to celebrate Jason for leading with heart, humility, and purpose and making a lasting impact in the lives of those he serves. 💙
