Quiet Oasis for Young Professionals

Not your typical room rental but more like permanent oasis when you're not at work. We are a quiet, mature, mellow household, very clean, and respect one another's private lives. There is a pool with waterfalls, providing a bit of peace to your life - this is reflected in the monthly rent. There is lots of space with two main rooms with televisions so we can have our own time to ourselves.

There is no cable but internet with Netflix, Hulu, and whatever you want to bring to the table.

Keeping a clean space is more comfortable than messy clutter, and nobody wants to clean up after another house . Mental health is important to us, and my place is about positive vibes and healthy lifestyles.

Offering a private bedroom with shared bathroom on the second floor of our of a four bedroom, three bath house. We live at the end of the cul-de-sac, next to a large open field.
Your room is 11x10 with a nice sized closet, unfurnished. The rent is 700 but includes all utilities. It easily fits a queen bed with two night stands. You would share one full bath with double sinks with one other tenant who is very respectful and quiet. No one else will use this bathroom other than the two of you.
Washer and dryer in unit, driveway is first come first serve, and you are more than free to use any of the kitchen utensils.
About us: it is a coed household, we are all tenants who rent out the rooms. We are extremely respectful of eachothers belongs, food and privacy. We like to keep the house clean at all times. We rarely have people over, but if we do we always give the others a heads up. There is one indoor/outdoor cat whose super sweet. We are looking for someone who is laid back, clean, and respectful. I am moving to Sacramento at the end of June for a new job with my company and I am looking to fill one room in a really spacious 1500 sq ft house that I will be renting.

The house is newly renovated with hardwood floors, new kitchen, freshly painted walls etc. It comes with washer/dryer and all appliances. The house itself has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a massive fenced in yard and a two car garage. My husband and I - late 20s, mid 30s - are buying a gorgeous house in Modesto. It's near the college and downtown. We have three beautiful rooms that we are looking to rent.

Two rooms are upstairs with a shared bath and laundry. My husband and I will be in the master suite upstairs with its own bathroom and living room. The larger room we are renting is downstairs with a private entrance, bathroom and laundry (this room will cost more). The kitchen is immaculate with granite counter tops. It can be shared as long as it is kept clean.

We are a very laid back gay couple who were just married last year. This is our first house together. We don't mind light drinking and can be social with you if you want or we can keep to ourselves. Full disclosure: we have two older sweet golden retrievers. No other pets please.

We will provide all of the utilities including high-speed internet and cable with 200+ channels. Ideally we are looking for professionals who are clean, mostly quiet and respectful.

The reason why we're renting the rooms is to help us put in an in-ground pool this summer which will be a great amenity for you to eventually enjoy.

Good rental history required along with first month's rent upfront and a half month's rent for the deposit. No pets. No drugs.
