To promote open communication and transparency, we welcome comments on platforms including our Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages. However, we also aim to promote safety and constructive communication fo
r all who participate in our online communities. With this in mind, comments that include the following content (and others deemed inappropriate) may be deleted:
-Inappropriate language, including but not limited to vulgarity, profanity, or hate speech (which may include comments that target a person’s race, ethnicity, sexuality, gender identity, religious preference, etc.)
-Threats against Village Oaks students or staff members
-Spamming or promotional material that is unrelated to the topic at hand
-Statements that reveal personal information about Village Oaks students or staff members without their consent
Libelous statements that may unfairly harm a person’s reputation, including but not limited to allegations of criminal activity
We reserve the right to monitor and moderate comments made on our social media platforms on a case by case basis. Comments that are deemed a violation of our guidelines may be removed with or without notification. We also reserve the right to block or remove social media access for users who repeatedly violate these guidelines, which may be modified based on new developments or our personal discretion.
