neighborhood improvement grant opportunity

District 1 Commissioner Alaina Reaves encourages both HOA and non-HOA residents and neighborhood associations to apply for the Neighborhood Beautification Grants for community improvements.

Grant categories are:
- Neighborhood Garden
- Entrance Fence Repairs
- Main Entrance Signage

Both individual and joint applications are accepted, with an application deadline of Friday, July 31, 2026.
