🚒💪🏼The Stirling Fire Company made the first recycling run for 2026 with the ACBC (Aluminum Cans for Burned Children) trailer!
Net weight 720 pounds $0.80 per pound👍🏻 all proceeds go to the Burn Foundation!
Kindly refrain from putting glass and plastic in the trailer or the blue collection barrels next to the trailer.
ALUMINUM CANS ONLY PLEASE!🥫

We would like to thank the public for recycling their Aluminum Cans through us instead of curbside, and the Longhill Township DPW for their help, It is greatly appreciated!
The trailer is empty at the DPW Yard waiting for your can 🥫 donations!

Thank you again for helping us to help support burned children and their families.

The SFC had a visitor🚔
Stirling Firefighter and Long Hill First Aid Squad EMT now New York State Trooper Jonathan Fessock. Fezz took this cool photo while enroute to Washington DC's National Police Week for the Candlelight Vigal that is held annually during National Police Week, the vigil honors fallen officers by reading aloud the names newly engraved on the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial in Washington, D.C.

This year’s “Roll Call of Heroes” includes 109 federal, state, local, tribal and territorial officers who died in the line of duty in 2025.

The SFC is proud of Trooper Fessock, who has been with the NYSP since 2023.

We also extend our deepest condolences to the families, friends, and fellow officers of all the fallen. May they rest in peace 🙏🏻
