Stilwell friends!
I’ve had such a great response to the idea of bringing our local businesses together — I’m excited to get everyone connected!
I’ve set up two casual meet-up options so you can choose what works best for your schedule:

Where:
Serendipity Farms - 4674 W. 183rd

This group is for Stilwell residents who own a business or those who have a business located in Stilwell.
The goal is simple — neighbors supporting neighbors. This will be a relaxed, social gathering where we can meet each other, connect, and talk about what we’d all like to get out of this group moving forward.
No pressure, no formal agenda — just a chance to build relationships and support our local business community.

Join the Stilwell Community for an evening of powerful live music with Crys Matthews, 2024 International Folk Music Awards Artist of the Year - a voice NPR calls “a drum major for justice.” And opening act, Kelly Hunt , who blends folk, blues, classic country, and Appalachian old-time traditions.

Hi Stilwell neighbors 🤍
As our community continues to grow here in Stilwell, I’ve been thinking about how many talented residents we have who own businesses — whether home-based, service-based, or brick-and-mortar. As a business owner here in Stilwell myself, I would truly love to see us connect and support one another more intentionally.
I would love to create something that helps bring us together.
I’m working on starting something like a Monday Mingle — a monthly gathering for Stilwell-based business owners to:
• Build real relationships
• Visit and learn about each other’s businesses
• Collaborate on community events (July 4th, Trunk or Treat, garage sales, etc.)
• Support and refer one another as neighbors
This wouldn’t be anything formal or corporate — just intentional, relationship-based networking with a strong community feel. My heart behind this is simply to be a connector and help keep our support local as our area grows.
I’m also exploring the idea of a simple monthly digital newsletter that highlights Stilwell businesses and community happenings so residents know exactly who is right here in their own backyard.
If this sounds interesting, I would love your input.
Would anyone be interested in helping organize?
Would any local business be open to offering their location for meetings?
I’m very open to suggestions as we shape this together.

TRUNK OR TREAT - Learn more about this years event on our website.

In collaboration with the Stilwell United Methodist Church, the community will host our 8th annual Trunk or Treat.  Setup starts at 4:30pm.
