Payne County Recycling Center (PCRC) provides vocational services for Supported Community Lifestyles (SCL) residents with developmentally challenged in Stillwater, OK. Employment helps to make them a reality. Through jobs such as recycling, janitorial, pickup & delivery, yard maintenance, etc., PCRC is able to fit the person with the opportunity. We are proud to provide these jobs through partner

ships with the City of Stillwater, the City of Enid, City of Ponca City, Oklahoma State University (OSU), and many other reputable local small organizations.
