Taffy π€ Taffy is about 7-9 months old, spayed, microchipped, and vaccinated. She is FIV negative but unfortunately FeLV positive π
In a lot of shelters, cats that are FeLV positive are euthanized. What is FeLV? It is a virus that attacks the cats immune system. Taffy can live a happy, normal life, but her life expectancy is going to be shorter. FeLV is contagious only to other cats. Taffy has a quicker chance at getting sick because her immune system is compromised.
What does Taffy need? Taffy needs:
-To be in a home where she is indoors only
-To be the only cat or be in a home with other FeLV positive cats. Taffy is good with other cats.
-Taffy needs to see a veterinarian when/if she ever seems sick, so that her symptoms can be addressed promptly.
We believe Taffy deserves a loving home β€οΈ
