Kent Point Marina, Bait House, and Seafood Kent Point Marina & Bait House was re-established in 2013 when owners Heide and Wayne Major bought the commercial marina from Karen and John Lassan.

hborhood folks alike. Bait House operations are overseen by daughter, Hope Major and son Cyle Major. We do our best to keep the Marina a clean and safe environment and appreciate everyone who helps to do the same.

Striped Bass Season Reminder: All areas of the Chesapeake Bay and its tributaries are open June 1 to recreational striped bass fishing. Anglers may keep 1 fish per person, per day, with a minimum length of 19 inches and a maximum length of 24 inches until July 31. Maryland's bay-wide summer closure begins on August 1 under the new shifted season for 2026.
